To be eligible for a refund, the original artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It also must be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transport. Open your package with care and save all packing materials for 30 days from your date of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, double check your bank account. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company. It can take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Then, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
