Love, Krisdle has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days or more have passed since you purchased a piece of original artwork by Krisdle, you are not eligible for a refund or any exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the original artwork by Krisdle must be in the same condition that you received it. It also must be returned in its original package. When you receive your original artwork by Krisdle make sure to open the package with care and save all packing materials for 30 days from your date of purchase.
Downloadable digital prints of original artwork by Krisdle are non-refundable.
If you purchased any original artwork by Krisdle within the past 30 days and you wish to return it, please fill out this form.

Only partial refunds are granted if the original artwork by Krisdle is not returned in its original condition, or is damaged in any way.
Once the artwork is received and inspected, you will be to notify by email on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, double check your bank account. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company. It can take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Then, contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are excluded.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive artwork, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Krisdle does not guarantee to receive your returned item.
